For anyone who is interested in our country's history, follow this route and discover buildings from Arad in which the Great Union from 1918 was planned and the important decisions of November 1918 were taken. Following the events in those places, Transylvania officially became part of Romania.
A. This route starts with the Supreme CouncilHeadquarters where in 13-14 november 1918, where there were Romanian-Hungarian talks and debates to decide the fate of Transylvania.
B. On the next stop you will discover the Românul Palace, where the Românul Newspaper was first published in 1911, later suspended by the hungarian authorities, only to reappear in 8 november 1918 with its first article titled "Resurrection" wich signified the resurrection of the Romanian people, who decided to take their fate in their own hands
C. Get to the third stop and you will find the Tribuna Palace, headquarters of the newspaper Tribuna, founded in 1912, the most important Romanian newspaper in Transylvania until its disappearance.
D. Very near to Tribuna Palace you will find The Romanian Girls 'Gymnasium where the members of the Central Romanian National Counsil and a whole series of politicians met to decide fate of Romanians from Transylvania, Banat and Hungary, wich at the time were on Austro-Hungarian territory.
E. On the fifth stop you will discover the headquarters of the Central Romanian National Counsil, house of Stefan Cicio Pop, wich became the center of the Romanian nation from Transylvania. Inside this house, decisions of historical importance have been taken for all Romanians, including the convening of the Great National Assembly from Alba Iulia, which decided to unite Transylvania with Romania, was decided in this building.
F. Last stop will find you in front of the House of Ioan Suciu, who organized the Great National Assembly in Alba Iulia, he was at the head of the committee that took care of receiving, accommodating and ensuring those needed on the days when the Romanians' delegations stayed in Alba Iulia.
