Auf der Halbinsel Formentor – auch „Treffpunkt der Winde“ genannt – erleben wir einzigartige Felsformationen und paradiesische Buchten sowie die Cala Murta.

Auf der Halbinsel Formentor – von den Mallorquinern auch „Treffpunkt der Winde“ genannt – erwarten uns einzigartige Felsformationen, Ausläufer der Serra Tramuntana. Bereits am Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts wurden am Cap ein Leuchtturm und ein Weg, der Camí Vell del Far, erbaut. Vom höchsten Punkt, dem El Fumat, genießen wir das herrliche Panorama über die Berge und Buchten am nördlichen Ende Mallorcas. Es gibt am Cap de Formentor aber etliche weitere Aussichtspunkte mit spektakulären Aussichten. Am mit Steilküsten umgebenen Steinstrand Cala Murta erholen wir uns im türkisblauen Wasser von den Anstrenungen unserer Wanderung.
