Iller-Paddeltour von Blaichach nach Rottach
Die Iller entsteht aus den drei Quellflüssen Breitach, Trettach und Stillach, die allesamt im den Allgäuer Alpen entspringen. Sie fließt dann über Sonthofen und Immenstadt nach Kempten, und tritt von dort ihren Weg zur Donau an. Unsere Paddeltour verläuft auf der Strecke zwischen Blaichach und Rottach. Hier ist das Wasser schon etwas ruhiger als im unmittelbaren Ursprungsgebiet und man kann im Kanadier oder im 2er-Kajak – oder auch einfach im Schlauchboot – paddeln. Wir kommen an Immenstadt vorbei, wo wir eine Pause einlegen können, oder wir suchen uns eine der zahlreichen Kiesbänke aus. Auf der Tour gibt es keine Behinderungen, wie Wehre oder ähnliches, die umtragen werden müssten.
